IBM's web publishing guidelines and example of experiences on each are discussed. The "web accessibility guidelines are part of the "general" accessibility guidelines for operating system and application software. The paper also describes the way IBM is using the Web internally and externally as an example of what one could be up against in implementing these guidelines at any company or organization. The paper concludes with some ideas for the future - i.e. tools requirements to facilitate the guidelines.
