introduction:

• many mature tools to manage photographs
• no tools to manage stories tight to photographs
• the camera-phone is the third personal item that people always take with them after keys and valet
• people share photos as part of socializing with other communities

use RDFphoto to annotate images. annotations might be associated with regions on the photo and include URIs.
