Trip Report WWW2007 - May 8-12 2007, Banff, Canada The Venue

fairmont springs hotel:

the conference took place at the conference center of the fairmont springs hotel in banff, which provided any service i can think of. it was a wonderful site at a wonderful location in a wonderful country with wonderful weather. there was plenty of delicious food - a fact that was not true for many of the past conferences. the pictures below can give just an idea of what the hotel looks like, one has to see it to believe it.

banff national park:

the conference center is located in the beautiful banff national park. even if there was little time to explore the surroundings, i managed to get at least a few pictures from the area around the hotel.
