WWW94: experiences in writing a WYSIWYG editor for HTML

the HTML editor implemented at the city university is written using the Andrew Toolkit (ATK). one goal of the authors was not to develop a converter, but they wanted to build a real WYSIWYG editor.

the current implementation supports full HTML. beside other features, it supports:

automatic generation of a table of contents
spell checking
any type of lists
